1. Repayment in advance is divided into early partial repayment and full settlement in advance, all of which can be applied after one month of normal repayment. 3. The loan applicant can repay the loan in advance under the premise of paying off the arrears. In case of partial repayment in advance, the principal amount in advance shall not be less than 10,000 yuan (excluding the current principal and interest of the loan). 4. The agreed early repayment date shall be the normal working day (excluding holidays), and the application for early repayment shall not be accepted within 3 working days before and after the normal deduction date of the current period. 5. The loan applicant shall ensure that the balance of the savings deposit passbook (card) on the day before the date of deduction is not less than “Personal Housing”Provident fund loan repayment in advanceThe sum of the principal and interest and the repayment of principal and interest in the current period as stipulated in the application form, such as the failure of early repayment or the overdue loan caused by violation of this agreement, shall be borne by the loan applicant. 6. If the loan applicant fails to deposit the full amount of the principal and interest of the loan as stipulated in the “Application for Advance Repayment of Individual Housing Provident Fund Loan” on the day before the date of the deduction, the loan repayment application shall be terminated automatically. Early repayment should be applied again. 7. If the loan is settled in advance, the loan confirmation certificate can be printed on the second floor of the management center after the successful deduction. The certificate can be applied directly to the mortgagee for the cancellation of the mortgage. The commercial loan portion of the combined loan can also apply to the loan contractor for early repayment. 8. Repaying loans in advance (excluding all settlements in advance) can apply for one application per year, and do not apply for repayment of loans in advance across the year. December 20 is the deadline for early repayment of loans.
